Dr Phan is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon with a special interest in glaucoma and medical retina. She completed fellowships at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, gaining advanced surgical skills and experience in complex retinal conditions. Trained at Sydney Eye Hospital, she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmic Science and a medical degree from the University of Newcastle. Dr Phan is active in research and medical education.
